What we collect

When you fill in the design partner form we collect your name, work email, company, job title, main cloud and the problems you describe. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, optional company and your message.

To stop abuse we keep a one way hash of your IP address for up to one hour to limit how many forms can be sent. We never store the IP address itself.

Why we collect it

Only to read your application or message and reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent your details.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in a private database at Cloudflare, which also hosts this website. A short notice with your name, job title and company (not your email or message) is posted to bconAI's internal Slack so the founder sees new submissions quickly.

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that runs in your browser. Cloudflare processes technical data for that check under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts. If that changes, this page will say so first.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions while we are in contact with you about the design partner programme or your message, and delete them on request.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time through the contact form.
