You ask the question. Our agents find the answer.

bconAI is in development. We are looking for design partners to shape it with real troubleshooting problems.

What the agent does

// In our prototype

  • Ask the question. The agent does the work.

    Describe the problem and bconAI's AI agent takes it from there: it works out what to check, runs the checks one by one and follows the evidence.

  • Grounded in real engineering experience

    The agent investigates the way experienced network engineers do, so its conclusions rest on actual checks, not on guesses.

  • Ask the way you'd ask a colleague

    No query language and no tour of five consoles: describe the symptom in plain English and bconAI takes it from there.

  • Checks every layer, in the right order

    Instances, network interfaces, security groups, network ACLs, route tables, gateways and DNS. Nothing gets skipped in the rush.

  • Common AWS networking problems

    Including EC2 without internet access, security groups blocking traffic, NAT gateways, VPC peering, Transit Gateway return paths, S3 VPC endpoints, Route 53 private zones and load balancer 503/504 errors.

  • On premises networks too

    Switching and routing, cabling and hardware, operating system networking, and services such as DHCP and DNS.

  • Follows the evidence wherever it leads

    When the problem turns out to be somewhere else, say DNS on the server rather than the network, the agent follows it there.

  • A clear answer, with the evidence

    Every investigation ends with a plain English explanation of what went wrong and the full trail of what was checked and found.

  • Runs on simulated data today

    The prototype's checks run against realistic simulated telemetry. It is not yet connected to customer environments.

Being built now

// In development

  • Network discovery and inventory

    An agent that maps devices, addresses and topology so investigations know where things are.

  • Answers about what changed

    Comparing current state with recorded history to help answer "what changed since it last worked?".

Coming next

// Planned

  • Connection to your AWS account

    Running the same checks against your real AWS environment instead of simulated data.

  • Azure and Google Cloud

    Bringing the same agent to more clouds.

  • Prevention

    Spotting risky configurations before they cause an outage. The "prevent" in Observe · Diagnose · Prevent.

See it investigate a simulated network, or help shape what comes next.
